After she just had Kevin (my nephew), she usually left him with us on weekends so that she and her husband could slack a little. Ever since she hired a maid, she has been coming back less and less frequently. Whenever Kevin was sick, she would always call my mom or elder sis and either of them would make a trip down to her house at SengKang to take care of him. Now that she has a helper, she doesn't need us anymore and thus doesn't find the need to come back to this house.

She owes my mother about 3K+, which has accumulated since her marriage. She and her husband have a combined income of 4K, but she can't even be bothered to repay the debt slowly through installments, much less to say give my mom an allowance. 

As for her role as sister to me, sure she's more approachable than my elder sis but it's not like I've ever confided in her anyway (not that I confide in my parents or elder sis either). What has she done for me other than give gifts on special occasions.. lemme think.. oh I don't remember any. As far as I recall, she stayed with her boyfriend (now husband) since I was in pri sch already. 

When the time comes, I'll reprimand her about all these things and more, and make sure that she returns the debt she owes my mother to us.
