What do you believe in?
Intentionally woke up an hour earlier than usual to straighten out my thoughts. Wore my jacket along as I didn't want my cold to get worse, and it was gonna be cold in the comp lab. Got a seat in the MRT for once, the number of times I have sat in the journey to sch is countable with one hand.
So I was thinking, what is stress? What is it caused by? How can I manage it? My conclusion is that to me, there is stress which can and cannot be controlled. Thus I shall try and control the controllable stress. Of cuz I'm not gonna let the other run rampant, it shall be controlled gradually in the process, I hope.
Reached sch at 7.45am to have half-boiled eggs + kaya bread + coffee breakfast at the air-conditioned food court 4 of SP. Thought a bit more and then headed to where I am, the comp lab. As I expected, it is cold.
