Oasis Haven
an oasis.. a haven

It's 6am and I just got back from a chalet & BBQ the current peer leaders organised. It was great talking to my juniors again - the people whom I used to work with.. We used to spend days and nights at times organising programmes for lower secondary students and sec 1 orientation & leadership camps together. The small feeling of achievement and satisfaction when everything was over is irreplacable.. cause we could see that we had touched the students' hearts in one way or another.. and cause we did it together.. At first I didn't want to go, but decided to go anyway though I was tired from badminton with my class earlier.. I had to..

Before I came home I had a long chat with the 2004 head of peer leaders.. he made me realise a lot of things and re-emphasised what I should get along to doing.. thanks.. Well.. there's a joint 5-day leadership camp between St Patrick's School and St Joseph's Institution next week.. I'm still considering whether I should go to help out though I've already graduated.. It's a good chance to just walk away from everything for a while and think things through..
