Oasis Haven

Went to Parkway Parade to buy another book today, The Wedding, Nicholas Sparks. Here's what it says at the back.

"After thirty years, Wilson Lewis is forced to face a painful truth. His wife, Jane, has fallen out of love with him, and it is entirely his fault.

Despite the shining example of his in-laws, Noah and Allie Calhoun, and their fifty-year love affair, Wilson is unable to express his true feelings. He has spent too little time at home and too much at the office. Now his daughter is about to marry, and his wife is thinking about leaving him. But if Wilson is sure of anything, it's this, his love for Jane has grown over the years, and he will do anything he can to save their marriage. With the memories of Noah and Allie's inspiring life together as a guide, he vows to find a way to make his wife fall in love with him.. all over again."

Nicholas Sparks has never failed to amaze me with his creativity and writing skills. His books are really excellent, he just keeps me reading them.

It all started with me browsing through TV aimlessly, until I came to HBO, channel 60. A Walk To Remember really touched me, even though I only caught it halfway. I watched it another two times and even recorded one of them. I found out about the book itself and it sparked off my interest in reading. As for what the story is about.. you should watch the movie or read the book.. it'll be worth it. ;)

I'm not really a bookworm, I just enjoy a good read. =)
