I was told off by Mrs Leslie, my form teacher regarding the joggathon card. We were expected to get $60 per person while I only got $30. She pointed to my peer leader badge and then said that my testimonial at graduation won't be very good. Whatever.. I have my principles and I will stand by them. They gave the card before Chinese New Year, hoping we will ask for donations during that period of time. True, as a peer leader I should be one of those who will get the expect $60, but I just don't think it is right to ask, especially since I already get "hongbao" from my relatives. I know, risking the testimonial isn't worth it, but I will stick to what I believe in.
